Commission Guidelines
I create drawings in sizes from A5 to A2. I can create a custom size drawing, but this must be discussed in advance. Depending on the size and complexity of the drawing, the time requirement can range from 3 days for an A5 drawing up to 4 weeks for an A2 drawing.
A 25% deposit is required to start the work. This initial payment covers the material costs and the time needed to begin. Once the drawing is complete and you are satisfied with the result, the remaining 75% of the payment will be due.
The better the quality of the original image, the better the final work will be. Make sure that the photo is not blurry or low quality (pixelated), so I can capture all the details and provide the highest-quality result. You can ask me whether the provided photo is of sufficient quality.
If the photo is damaged, worn out, blurry, or low quality, I can still try to draw it by creating my artistic interpretation of the missing features, making them as close to reality as possible. Depending on the severity of the damage, I may not be able to recreate the photo to a sufficient quality, so these details must be discussed in advance.
When approximately 50% of the artwork is complete, you’ll receive a progress photo. This gives you a chance to review and provide feedback before the final touches are made. This generally applies to drawings in A5 and A4 size. A3 and larger drawings may require multiple updates, depending on the estimated time of completion, to ensure steady progress and client satisfaction.
After the work is completed, the drawing will be scanned on an industrial scanner at the printing house. The scanned image will be 1200 dpi, which corresponds to the highest quality. Scanned images are included with the order and will be sent by e-mail in PDF, JPG, and PNG formats.
My artowrk and scans are made for personal use only, any commercialization of my work is porhibited. This means you may display or gift physical copies, but may not sell, reproduce for profit, or use the artwork commercially without my permission.
Shipping is not incluede in the commission price. International shipping via trusted courier services such as UPS, DHL and DPD. Shipping is tailored to your location and preferences to ensure the safety of your artwork.
